Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm specializing in Healthcare and Educational Services, is seeking a dedicated Local Hybrid School Psychologist for a client in the Fort Worth, Texas area. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic educational team on a 36-week contract with competitive weekly compensation up to $2700 based on experience.
Job Description:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Intervention Planning: Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student success academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Counseling Services: Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to create a supportive learning environment and promote student well-being.
- IEP Participation: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on psychological evaluations.
- Crisis Intervention: Offer crisis intervention services and support to students and staff as needed.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Valid School Psychologist license.
- At least 1 year of experience as a School Psychologist.
- Updated resume highlighting relevant experience and skills.
