Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, including policy analysis, renewals, certificates, endorsements, property, casualty, and commercial proposals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement insurance programs to meet the needs of commercial clients.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Review and analyze client's current insurance coverage and needs, making recommendations for changes or enhancements as needed.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, clearly explaining coverage details, costs, and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and insurance products, applying this knowledge to client service and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proven experience with customer service, policy analysis, renewals, certificates, endorsements, property, casualty, commercial, proposals.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, understandable terms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze client insurance needs and develop effective insurance solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and technology.
- Current insurance license or ability to obtain one upon hire.
