Hybrid Multifamily Senior Project Manager - Apex Recruitment Group

Our client, one of the most respected Developer/Builder firms in the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to join their team in Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding their multifamily portfolio across Tennessee and Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple multifamily construction projects concurrently from pre-construction through project closeout

• Lead project teams including subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving issues swiftly and effectively

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure construction activities comply with plans, specifications, and safety regulations

• Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and local authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits

• Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation

• Effectively manage project costs through accurate estimating, procurement, and financial controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in multifamily residential construction

• In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction practices, building codes, and regulations in Tennessee

• Extensive experience working with the subcontractor base in the Tennessee market

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets effectively

• Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent team player

• Ability to work on project sites or at home as needed
