We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic law firm. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal team, including 3 to 7 supporting attorneys, and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for attorneys.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including document management, email management, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and edit legal documents, contracts, and reports with high attention to detail.
Conduct legal research and ensure legal compliance in all operations.
Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
Handle office management duties including budget management and project management.
Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients, demonstrating high-level customer service skills.
Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Office and 3e and Interaction software to enhance efficiency.
Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Assist in decision-making processes and conflict resolution when necessary.
Support managing partners in various tasks and projects.
Exhibit strong multitasking skills, effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with 3e and Interaction software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Proven experience in legal research, legal document preparation, and contract review.
Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading and editing.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Ability to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience in budget management and project management.
