Compensation: $100,000 - $170,000 yearly base pay + strong bonus potential

Responsibilities:
* Prepare legal documents for a high volume of cases
* Handle division of marital assets during divorce proceedings
* Analyze client situations and develop strategic action plans
* Represent clients in court proceedings
* Maintain organized and updated client files
* Contribute to case strategy development
* Navigate courtroom procedures confidently
Qualifications:
* Licensed to practice law in Colorado
* 1-2+ years of family law experience
* Real estate experience is preferred
* Legal background with J.D. degree
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Previous litigation experience required
* 1-5+ years of overall litigation experience
