They are seeking an Accounting Director who is looking to move up within the organization and will reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer & SVP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completeness and closing of the corporate books of account.
Payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
Corporate accounts reconciliations.
AP and accrual process.
Accounting and reconciliations of shared services accounts (Cap Software, Fixed Assets etc.).
Ongoing compliance with ASC 842.
Maintaining appropriate control (SOX) documentation for assigned areas.
Coordination with tax team for timely posting of monthly/quarterly entries.
Coordination with Financial Reporting team on Debt/Stock JE.
Allocation to segments (quarterly).
Review of completeness of non-recurring expenses.
Coordination with international teams on AP.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Payment processing industry experience.
NetSuite experience.
CPA preferred.
