We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. This is a hybrid role that will require both in-office and remote work, offering the opportunity to balance work and personal life. As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial insurance property and casualty products.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
2. Analyze policy terms and conditions to ensure they meet the clients' needs and expectations.
3. Assist with the renewal process, providing clients with timely and accurate information and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Utilize AMS360 to manage client information and streamline processes.
5. Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for growth and client retention.
6. Develop and present proposals to clients, summarizing the terms, conditions, and costs of their insurance policies.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, ensuring you can provide clients with the most accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in a client management role.
2. Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, and endorsements.
3. Experience with policy analysis and renewals.
4. Proficiency in AMS360 is preferred.
5. Experience with other agency management software AppliedEPIC is also acceptable.
6. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to develop and present proposals and summaries to clients.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
10. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
11. Commitment to continuous learning and development.
12. A valid Property and Casuatly license is required.
