Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and supervise junior audit staff, ensuring quality work and fostering their professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with the audit team and clients to plan, execute, and review audit strategies and objectives.
- Continuously adapt and refine audit methodologies in response to the ever-evolving client business landscapes.
- Act as a key liaison between the client and the audit team, managing expectations, deliverables, and communications.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the firm's audit practices remain top-notch.
- Participate actively in firm-wide professional development initiatives, ensuring consistent growth and knowledge update.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 150 credit hours or a Master's degree.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a senior audit role or similar capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of client service and professional ethics.
