Job Details
We are seeking a highly qualified Audit Manager to join our dynamic NFP industry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with industry standards and that all findings are accurately reported to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit plans and programs to ensure that all financial statements are accurate and compliant with industry regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk to the organization.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Review and analyze financial statements and other financial data to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and other industry professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and ensure that all work is completed accurately and on time.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience within NFP and/or Employee Benefit Plans.
