About the Job
Our firm is currently partnered with a leading Technology company in Manufacturing space. Currently, we are seeking a proven Accounts Payable Candidate for a hybrid position. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily AP process to include all aspects of AP from the receipt of invoice and PO verification, to final payment and account reconciliation
- Processes all site AP check runs on a weekly basis
- Prepares AP reconciliations and responsible for Month End Close.
- Acts as a resource for various internal/external inquiries related to the site's AP processes.
- SAP is preferred, but any large ERP system experience will work.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in AP
- BA/AA degree in Accounting/Business preferred but not required and/or equivalent years of related business experience.
- Excellent computer skills a must with strong emphasis in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
