Job Title: Maintenance Director

Location: The Village of Clifton

Position Type: Full-time, appointed annually each May

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of the waterworks system.
• Manage operations of the wastewater treatment system.
• Supervise street maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in municipal maintenance management.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
