Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and documenting electrical and electronics components, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to the execution of product strategy roadmaps.

Job Title: Hardware Electrical & Electronics Engineer
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay Rate: $58/hour
Experience Required: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document electronics and electrical components, including associated simulations.
• Establish and document requirements for components in collaboration with suppliers.
• Interact and manage operational work distribution with suppliers.
• Evaluate, recommend, and select new components and suppliers.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and business alignment for component development.
• Oversee complex components or a large set of less complex components.
• Deliver and execute the Product Strategy Roadmap for assigned areas.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, serving as a trainer or coach.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Education:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronics engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge obtained through education and practical work experience.
• Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong background in component development, evaluation, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and conducting simulations.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and ensure successful delivery.
  • Expertise in fostering cross-functional collaboration.
