ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule & Location: This full-time role offers a flexible work-from-home setup, with daily dispatch to job sites within your assigned territory in the Salisbury, MD area. Additional service areas include Baltimore, MD, and Washington DC. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, providing the autonomy to manage your day effectively.
The Position: As an HVAC Territory Manager, your role is to expand our company's footprint in newly opened territories, driving business growth by forming strong relationships with clients in both the residential and light commercial sectors. You'll meet with contractors, engineers, and business owners, offer customized HVAC solutions, and expertly negotiate deals while maintaining profitable margins.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales
- 3+ years of experience in account management/sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree
- Previous customer-facing experience
