Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician with HVAC & Insulation Gurus, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine. Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, including AC, heaters, and ductwork
• Educating clients on system operations and maintenance best practices
• Managing job paperwork and materials for each project
• Performing system tune-ups and maintenance for residential and light commercial clients
• Using your own tools to complete jobs effectively and efficiently

• Experience: 1-2 years of HVAC experience preferred
• Skills: Proficient in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, client education, and paperwork management
• Physical Demands: Able to work at heights of 10 feet or more, lift over 50 lbs, and be on your feet all day
• License: Valid driver’s license required
• Tools: Must provide your own tools
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
