HVAC Technician - Sales Rep - Marathon HVAC Service, Inc

Marathon HVAC Service is looking for a full-time HVAC Technician - Sales Rep to serve LA County, CA. Imagine starting each day from the comfort of your home, heading straight to your first customer, and having the freedom to provide the top-notch service we're known for.

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We offer competitive pay at $25 - $40/hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days!

Your typical work hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, giving you steady, full-time hours without weekend shifts. You'll dispatch directly from home, so no need to report to a central office – simply start your day from your driveway and head out to serve our LA County clients.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As an HVAC Technician - Sales Rep, you'll begin by dispatching directly from your home to your first job site, equipped to provide top-tier service to our clients. As you meet each customer, you'll diagnose and explain HVAC issues clearly and help them understand the best options for their needs. After presenting estimates, you'll discuss service plans and solutions, creating invoices and collecting payments when work is completed. Throughout the day, you'll maintain a positive and professional attitude, building rapport with each client. You'll also stay connected with your team, attending weekly meetings and checking in with your supervisor.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record
• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required)
