HVAC Technician (Residential) - Gpac

We have an exciting Residential HVAC Technician opportunity in central Indiana! Gpac, a 30+ year-old recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and installations of residential HVAC systems. This role requires a skilled technician with a commitment to delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• EPA Certification (required).
• NATE Certification is a huge plus
• Proven expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
