Our focus is the unparalleled quality of artisanship and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced and talented HVAC Technician to join our company and team. Position Requirements: • Experience: Five (5) plus years exhibiting a thorough knowledge of the service of commercial HVAC equipment; • Through knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and the ability to handle refrigerant is critical, universal charging and recovery certification is a must; • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret wiring schematics, drawings, and specifications as well as product data; • Conceptual, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures; • Excellence in dealing with customers to understand the nature of the problem; • Good communication skills and professional manner; • Skilled in brazing, silver solder, phoscopper, soft solder, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting; • Basic understanding of boilers, burners, and hot water operations; • Proven ability to safely operate tools and use ladders; • Clean and valid New York driver’s license; • Reliable, always on time, keeps to schedules; • Detail-oriented with proven organizational skills; • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship; • Self-motivated, proven producer; • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; • Clean, neat attire.
Primary Responsibilities Include: Complete work to specifications and company high-quality standards; Complete service calls to meet company high-quality standards; Ensure that adequate planning methodology is maintained to ensure timely completion of work; Provide technical assistance as needed by customers; Regular communications with customers to evaluate and resolve problems.

Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience and abilities with Year-end Bonus, Health, Dental, and 401K plan. (Please don't waste our and your time if you are trying to fake that you have knowledge and experience you don't, you will be tested.) |
