What You’ll Do:
As a vital part of our team, you’ll be the HVAC hero our customers need. Here’s how:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems like a pro.
• Install HVAC systems (ductwork and all!) and bring comfort to every home and office you touch.
• Diagnose issues with precision and efficiency—no problem too big or small!
• Wow our customers with your friendly demeanor, expert advice, and top-notch service.
• Follow safety and industry standards like the professional you are.
• Keep the office in the loop with detailed service reports and updates.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience: At least 3 years of HVAC know-how in residential service and installs.
• Skills: Expertise with rooftop units, heat pumps, A/C systems, furnaces (gas & oil), boilers, and water heaters.
• Certifications: EPA preferred (because you're a pro!).
• Attitude: Customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-player mentality.
• Stamina: Willingness to work in all conditions—hot attics, tight crawl spaces, and the great outdoors.
• Tools: Your own basic HVAC toolkit (we’ll provide the rest).
• Requirements: A valid PA Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and a background check.
