THE GREAT PAY
With a competitive pay rate ranging from $35 to $38 per hour, this position offers a rewarding compensation package for experienced HVAC professionals.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC SHEET METAL JOURNEYMAN ENTAIL?
You will work Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Some job sites run from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
As an HVAC Sheet Metal Journeyman, you will take on a supervisory role in installing new sheet metal and equipment on various projects, including roof-top units (RTUs), make-up air systems (MUAs), heat pump systems (HPs), furnaces, exhaust fans (EFs), fan coil units (FCUs), and air handling units (AHUs). In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, organizing job site activities, conducting material takeoffs, and efficiently ordering necessary materials to ensure the smooth execution of projects. You will also help train and mentor apprentices through our apprenticeship program!
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Required:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Journeyman license
- Driver's license
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and job site specifications
Preferred:
- Ability to lead crews to complete a job successfully in the field
- 6+ years of HVAC experience
