HVAC Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop/Field Foreman - Gpac

Are you an experienced professional in HVAC sheet metal fabrication with a knack for leadership? An established Mechanical company is seeking a dedicated HVAC Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop/Field Foreman to join our team. If you have the skills and experience we're looking for, we want to hear from you!

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5-10 years of sheet metal production experience, including welding (MIG and TIG) and CAD experience preferred.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Leadership: Ability to oversee the shop crew in producing ductwork and other fabrications, prioritizing and scheduling production to meet project demands in coordination with project managers and field supervisors.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in planning, laying out, fabricating, and assembling ductwork according to SMACNA standards, and selecting appropriate sheet metal types per project specifications.
• Inventory Management: Experience in inventorying raw materials, creating purchase orders, documenting spending, and ensuring materials meet production needs without delay.
• Operational Skills: Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle for transporting goods, load and unload products, and repair and maintain shop equipment as needed.
