- You are responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment for flat rate repairs, performing regular maintenance visits, cultivating leads for replacements.
- Must be able to use an IPAD for paperwork and billing. Knowledge of Service Titan billing system is a plus.
- Must be self motivated, courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Must possess valid Washington State drivers license, and have a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and illegal drug screen (cannabinoids OK).
Qualifications:
- Technical school certification in HVAC.
- Valid HVAC certification and EPA 608 certification.
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical operations.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
