HVAC Service Technician - QUALITY ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, INC.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in both residential and commercial settings.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a commitment to customer
satisfaction, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards and
company policies.
Qualifications:
? Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a
strong background in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
? Technical Knowledge: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems,
including ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and more.
? Certifications: EPA Certification for refrigerant handling required. Additional certifications
(e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence) are a plus.
? Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when
interacting with customers. Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical
clients.
? Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues quickly and
efficiently.
? Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in
confined spaces. Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
? Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites, with a
clean driving record.
? Must be 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced HVAC systems, including smart thermostats and home automation
integrations.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to work on both residential and commercial systems.
