We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We offer full-time, year-round work, company-paid training, the best pay, benefits, and tools! Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Work Schedule: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)

Pay: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour, depending on experience + SPIFFS

What You Will Be Doing:

• Service, and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
• Troubleshooting / diagnostics and repairs
• Customer service
• Consulting with customers on repair and replacement options, and indoor air quality accessories
• Educating customers and the importance of annual maintenance

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 3+ years of troubleshooting and service experience
• EPA Universal Certificate
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Experienced with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Advanced customer service skills
• Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• High school diploma or its equivalent
