We are Hiring a HVAC Service Technician!

We are looking for someone with residential service, and annual maintenance experience. This position includes a take home vehicle and an excellent dispatcher!

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Pay Scale: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with overtime

What you will be doing:

• Providing service/maintenance/repair on a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Excellent customer service
• Educating and consulting customers on repairs, replacement, and indoor air quality products
• Continual company paid dealer training and NATE Certification
• Overtime available

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 4 + years of HVAC service experience
• Annual maintenance / clean & check experience
• EPA Certification
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Solid understanding of Superheat and Subcooled
• Ability to acquire Mechanical license within 2 years of employment
• Advanced customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
