Position Title: HVAC Service Technician - Residential

Pay Range: $22-$26 per hour (base hourly), plus SPIFFs and commission, with annual earning potential of $70,000-$95,000+ depending on experience and performance.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and service HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Install and replace HVAC systems and associated components.
Perform safety checks, inspections, and system performance evaluations.
Educate customers on system operation and energy-saving practices.
Build accurate estimates and recommend system upgrades to meet client needs.
Maintain service records and uphold compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be insurable).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must own hand tools, sheet metal tools, gauges, etc.
Preferred:
- Experience with plumbing.
- Manufacturer certifications (e.g., OSHA, fall protection).
- Journeyman Experienced and EPA Card.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to upsell and provide tailored solutions.
Additional Requirements:
- Pick up and drop off service vans and materials at the shop as needed.

- Hourly rate of $22-$26+ with SPIFFs and commissions for upselling and project completion.
