Pay

• $30.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience)
  
• +On Call Pay Incentive (scheduled 4 times a year for one week)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying the root causes of problems and proposing effective solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
• Perform refrigerant handling and recovery in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct system performance tests and adjustments to achieve energy efficiency and comfort.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and service performed.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Participate in on-call or emergency service rotation as required.
• Continuously improve technical skills through training and certification programs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations.

Our Hiring Process

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with commercial HVAC equipment
• Gas certification preferred
• EPA certification
• Oil certification is a plus
• Must be willing to work week long On-Call 4 times a year
• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds and comfortably work on and set up ladders
• Ability to interact with customers, explain work performed, and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with co-workers in a dynamic environment
• Must have a driver's license and clean driving record
• Background checks are conducted upon onboarding 
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
