Siggs Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance services for various HVAC systems while ensuring the best customer experiences. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Technical:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of HVAC systems, including central air conditioning units, split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and evaluations on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, repairing or replacing defective components as needed, and handling refrigerant according to safety and environmental guidelines.
- Work with and understand the manufacturer's recommendations for a variety of HVAC brands, including but not limited to Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, and Daikin.
Customer Service:
- Provide best-in-class customer experiences by communicating effectively with customers and being a reliable expert for their HVAC-related concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a presentable, clean, and safe work site at all times, including work vehicles.
- Organize and clean tools, inventory, and equipment on job sites, in work vehicles, and in the warehouse.
Administrative:
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, company policies, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Administrative Operations team members throughout each day for accurate project documentation, purchase orders, and customer expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification preferred.
Growing knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including the ability to service multiple types of AC units and brands.
EPA Universal Certification is required.
Growing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent organization, effective communication (English), and quality customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record that meets commercial insurance requirements.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and climbing ladders.

Schedule:

Full Time
Monday through Friday, with weekends on rotation.
