Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating systems.
- Regularly inspecting systems to identify any issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and associated work details.
- Working closely with the team to ensure all project deadlines and standards are met.
- Providing technical advice and information to clients and colleagues when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- EPA Type II certification is mandatory.
- Proven residential HVAC experience.
- Valid driver's license and must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficient in working with various types of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning and heating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Flexible to work in different shifts and extended hours if required.
