Compensation: $72,000 to $92,000 on average a year, which includes base pay + incentives/spiffs (base between $23.00 - $32.00 an hour depending on experience)

Position Overview: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse range of residential heating and air conditioning systems to the highest standards. Additionally, you will assist in training other service technicians, provide valuable feedback to the Service Manager, and contribute to the development of training programs within the service department.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime and on-call duties
Location: Fishersville, VA
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Certification, Universal is preferred, but at least Type II
- Advanced customer service skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and equipment repair
- Willingness to invest in necessary tools and participate in training seminars
