Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Pay Scale: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, we pay based on experience + Spiffs

Location: Hamilton OH

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Overtime as needed.

Work Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm. 4/10 schedule & flexible hours available.

What you will be doing:

• Service & maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Excellent customer service

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license & Insurable driving record
• 3 + years' experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC service
• EPA Universal Certificate
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Experience consulting with customers about complaints and giving solutions that are beneficial for customer
• Advanced customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
• High school diploma or its equivalent
