We're seeking HVAC Service Technicians to provide expert solutions to residential and commercial customers across the Merrimack Valley. Your daily routine will include diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems and products and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems and products.
• Guide customers to informed choices that maximize their comfort and meet their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships
• Complete all general HVAC service calls.
• Get HVAC systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
• Meet (or exceed) revenue goals with expert service.
• Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.
• A reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments

Qualifications

• HVAC license
• Customer service skills
• Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing HVAC systems and products
• Clean driving record
