Key Responsibilities

• Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on their HVAC service needs.
• Conduct thorough rooftop equipment and systems evaluations to identify preventative maintenance and service solutions sales opportunities.
• Present and close industrial preventative maintenance programs, providing customized solutions for each client.
• Work closely with internal teams to manage customer portfolios, sales databases, and operational details to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with market trends and technical advancements by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and participating in monthly sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the HVAC/R industry.
• Experience conducting rooftop equipment assessments and delivering practical service proposals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on customer service.
• 5–10 years in the cooling tower service or HVAC industry is preferred.
• A solid track record of local experience and career stability is highly valued.
