Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager with over 10 years of experience in both commercial and residential HVAC services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing service operations, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our service department, managing service technicians, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HVAC service department.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of HVAC service technicians.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to various job sites.
- Maintain and monitor service records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC services, with a focus on both commercial and residential projects.
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid HVAC certification and state licensure.
- Proficiency in using HVAC service management software and tools.
