Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC service manager experience
• Must have operations experience
• High School Diploma or greater
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork, modifications and design
• Ability to train technicians and oversee a team
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must 
• Excellent communication skills
• Some travel is necessary with this position
• Solid computer skills is a must
• Bilingual is a plus, although not mandatory
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
