The Role: HVAC Service Manager

Location: Mountlake Terrace

Compensation:

• Base salary starting at $80k (with 2+ years of service management experience).
• Weekly team revenue bonuses (ranging from 0.25% to 2.0%).
• Additional discretionary spiffs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of skilled HVAC technicians, fostering growth and high performance.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and project completion.
• Monitor service metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and support to technicians and sales teams.
• Conduct training sessions to keep your team at the forefront of HVAC innovation.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory and collaborate across departments for streamlined operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership in HVAC service management or a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• HVAC certification and relevant licenses are a plus.
