MUST HAVE as HVAC Service Manager

• 7+ years experience in residential and light commercial HVAC
• HVAC Certification / License preferred
• Residential and Commercial licensing in all counties
• Strong skill-set of residential and light commercial HVAC products, service, and mechanical understanding
• Ability to manage teams up to 15 techs
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, duct-work modifications, and design
• Strong ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
• Stable work history to be considered for this position
