HVAC Service Dispatcher - Burnside Air Conditioning, Heating & Indoor Air Quality

Burnside Air Conditioning, Heating & Indoor Air Quality is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Service Dispatcher to assist with dispatching technicians in the McKinney, TX area. This position earns a competitive salary of $30,000-$50,000/year, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

As an HVAC Service Dispatcher, you take the lead when it comes to setting up schedules that ensure our operations run smoothly and on time. Much of your day is spent overseeing technicians while you plan for current and next-day jobs. You work with the manager to make sure all technicians are dispatched correctly. Additionally, you encourage and inspire your technicians to achieve and exceed their goals and ensure all performance standards are met. At the end of the day, you love what you do and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in seamless dispatching operations!
