Gulfshore Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. is seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to provide top-tier HVAC solutions to the residents of the Emerald Coast. This role is perfect for someone with HVAC or construction-related sales or service experience, and a passion for delivering excellent client service. At Gulfshore, we offer comprehensive building solutions, moisture control, duct design, and indoor air quality services. This position offers an exciting opportunity with a diverse range of offerings for clients and numerous opportunities for the sales representative. Compensation includes a negotiable base salary plus commission.

- Engage with potential clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize sales software and load calculation software to prepare accurate and compelling sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Must be computer literate and possess the ability to quickly learn sales software and load calculation software.
- Excellent presentation and people skills are a must.
- Dependable, with a strong sense of reliability and responsibility.
- Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on the specifics of the work rather than just the bigger picture.
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
