We are Hiring an HVAC Retrofit Installer! This position performs retrofit /changeout installation of residential and light commercial equipment, and indoor air quality products.
We offer full-time, year-round work, company-paid training to obtain and maintain industry certification, including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and certified hours for a 06A/B License.

Job Title: HVAC Retrofit Installer
Pay Scale: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime
What you will be doing:
- Residential & light commercial retrofit / changeout installs
- Installations include ducted and ductless equipment
- Installing Gas Pipe
- Installing Refrigeration Pipe
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Test and balance systems
- Consult with customer on equipment and indoor air quality accessories
- Train new employees and helpers in all aspects of the installation
- Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performance
Qualifications / Skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 4 + years of residential retrofit install experience
- Electrical trainee card with hours
- EPA Universal Certification
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
- General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
- Albe to train and oversee a helper
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications Desired:
- 06B Electrical License
