As a Regional Sales Manager you will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your region.
- Masterful at building relationships with customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.
- Introduce leading technology.
- In charge of growing the region from an established book of business while also winning new business.
- Your input will help drive new product development.
- Oversee our commercial business

Job Details
- Ability to identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase sales
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned region to present the product solutions
- Experience educating customers on value proposition
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience developing sales strategies for specific markets
- Manage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
- Carryout meetings directly with building owners, contractors and engineers
- Ability to grow your own book of business while taking over a $2M business
