About the Job
The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC project management, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to lead and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Oversee project teams, including HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure all work meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
