We are on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC installation and repair projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of risk management. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of HVAC project life cycle, from initial project planning and design to the final stages of installation and testing.
2. Manage and coordinate with a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
3. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including identifying potential issues and proactively developing solutions.
4. Prepare and present detailed project reports, including project status updates, budget reports, and risk assessments.
5. Maintain a strong relationship with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
6. Ensure all projects comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
7. Continuously monitor project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet project deadlines.
8. Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably with retrofit projects
2. Proven experience in risk management, with a strong ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
3. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and repair processes.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for developing creative solutions to complex problems.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. A high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
