JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB SUMMARY
As a Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR), your primary role is to foster relationships and cultivate leads for new business, embodying the company culture. Working collaboratively with Outside Sales Representatives, the Sales Manager, and the support team, you will ensure that new customers receive an exceptional experience and are positioned for success.

- Industry: Commercial & Industrial Mechanical Contractors
- Specialties: HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Plumbing
RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST)
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through available resources and networking.
- Travel regularly to prospective customer businesses to establish relationships and drive sales.
- Consult with customers on our maintenance program to determine the scope and optimal solutions.
- Navigate customer transitions to HVAC solutions outside the maintenance scope.
- Effectively utilize the CRM system throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to enhance customer service and sales outcomes.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers, staying attuned to the target market.
- Act as the main contact for all new Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA) and handle PMA renewals requiring repricing or adjustments.
- Prepare all new PMAs and renewals needing repricing or adjustment.
- Monitor personal sales goals, providing monthly reports on sales volume, ongoing opportunities, new accounts, revenue, and customer acquisition costs.
- Maintain a focus on new revenue generation, leveraging provided tools to maximize opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred: Associates degree
- Preferred: 2 years of sales experience in a B2B service-based industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving company-mandated goals
- Independent thinker, self-starter, and results-driven
- Intelligent and creative problem solver
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs
- Regular activities include sitting, walking, bending, lifting, twisting upper body, stretching, climbing, and standing for incremental periods.
- Comfortable working safely on elevated surfaces.
- Flexibility to work in a company vehicle, in the field, and in an office environment.
