Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
- Lay out, assemble, and install pipe systems, pipe supports, or related equipment for HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings and projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pipefitter preferred
- Previous experience in HVAC preferred
- Previous experience in industrial and commercial construction preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be dependable, responsible, cooperative, flexible, and change oriented
- Analyze drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan pipe system layout, assembly, and installation.
- Able to properly measure, cut, thread, fit, groove or join; and assemble or secure pipes, tubes, fittings, or related equipment according to specifications.
- Ensure construction and welding complies with applicable codes and industry standards.
