Compensation: $25/hour + commission opportunities

What you will Do:
- Responsible for doing refrigerant related and non-refrigerant related repairs
- Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems
- Replace defective components and parts under warranty, ensuring proper functionality and performance
- Document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and preventive maintenance recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
What you Need:
- 2-5 years of proven experience as an HVAC technician
- EPA certification required; additional certifications or licenses may be preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel to customer sites as needed
