HVAC or Plumbing Foreman - Gpac

JOB DESCRIPTION

HVAC or Plumbing Manager/Foreman:

A highly established local Plumbing Contractor is looking to fill a HVAC or Plumbing Foreman position. THERE IS competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development. A dynamic, fast-paced culture that thrives on innovation.

• Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review blueprints and confirm the project scope, budget, and timeline
  • Delegate tasks to team members
  • Oversee each phase on-site to ensure the project moves smoothly
  • Document materials and equipment use, as well as any problems that arise
  • Produce regular status reports for upper management

  Qualifications / Expectations

  • 6+ years of professional HVAC or plumbing experience; supervisory roles a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Coordinates manpower, tools, and equipment with Superintendent
  • Provides information to Superintendent for material and labor needed for completion of the job
  • Journeyman license required
  • Commercial plumbing experience required
