Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 5+ years' experience in HVAC/Mechanical design for all types of commercial buildings
- Conceptual design
- Preparing construction documents
- Knowledge in building codes
- Experience in field surveys
- Start a project and take it through the final stages to completion of the project.
Leadership abilities and able to work independently but also within a team environment. - P.E. license is helpful but not necessary
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD
