About the Job
The primary purpose of this position is to Install, troubleshoot, repair and preventive maintenance of heating ventilation & air conditioning equipment ranging from 0.5 to 150 ton capacity, hot water boiler systems, commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment, commercial & domestic ice machines, air compressors, and pneumatic controls, & Energy Management systems.
This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events.

Salary Grade NC10 Recruitment Range: $40,442.00 - $70,774.00
Position 60038531 - Maintenance - Monday - Friday, 1st shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm), weekends, holidays, and evenings after 4:00 pm as necessary; emergency or inclement weather callback. Required to perform on-call duties as primary or secondary on-call staff.
