Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Mission:
As an Install Technician at Heritage, you will be responsible for providing top-notch services in your respective field of HVAC Install. Your primary focus will be installing HVAC systems for our valued customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HVAC and possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of HVAC Systems:
- Install and commission heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute HVAC installations efficiently.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on completed installations to ensure adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Make necessary adjustments to systems to achieve optimal performance.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with clients to explain installation procedures, address their concerns, and provide information on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while on customer premises.
- Documentation:
- Complete all required paperwork, including installation reports, and maintenance records, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed documentation of installed systems for reference and future servicing.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local codes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in plumbing services preferred.
- Proven experience as a Service or installation technician in plumbing.
- Strong technical knowledge of systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair methods.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50 pounds), climb ladders, and perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for on-call rotations (where applicable).

Qualifications:What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:
- 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent
- Valid drivers’ license
What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer:
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
