STEP INTO THE SHOES OF AN HVAC INSTALLER SUPERVISOR

As an HVAC Installer Supervisor, you start your day bright and early, gathering your team for a quick morning huddle. As you dive into your shift, you go over the day's schedule, assigning tasks and ensuring everyone is clear on their responsibilities. Throughout the day, you supervise installations, providing guidance and support to your team members. You track performance, verify job efficiency, and maintain a positive team culture, all while ensuring the highest quality installations and securing five-star reviews from satisfied customers. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• 10+ years of experience as a lead installer, with proven experience managing a team
• HVAC management experience (preferred)
• Experience running crews of lead installers, training and holding teams
  accountable and maintaining install quality

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with typical hours from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. Hours need to be flexible, in the case we do a Saturday install.
